Registration

You must register and create a member account which is free of cost, in order to take advantage of some features of our site. An online registration form may require you to provide information such as your name, email address, and a password. 

Your password is a component of our security system. It is your responsibility to protect it. Do not share your password with any third parties. You should change your password immediately, if you feel it has been compromised. 

How We Use Your Personally Identifiable Information
Email

We may use the information shared by you Online, to create and deliver to you emails such as our newsletters or other email messages containing law related news or latest pertinent judgements.. You may select the ‘Unsubscribe’ link on the email, if at any time you decide that you would not like to receive these emails. You can also edit your information and consent to receive email and other communication in the ‘Profile’ section for registered user.

Text Messages

Please note that we will never send you any unsolicited text message on your mobile phone.

Telephone calls

No phone calls on your mobile number or telephone number will be made at any cost except audio calls sent on your email as a link from Google Meets or zoom or Teams or any other such platform to facilitate the consultation. The call will automatically get terminated at exactly the end of the allotted time. Only audio consultations on the above mentioned platforms will be provided. The client has to switch off the camera or video before the consultation begins. Any disregard for the same will result in violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. In such an event the consultation will be cancelled and the amount forfeited.
