Once you have selected the date and time, Please see below information on Payment Options available to you. Once you have successfully made your payment, a link will be sent to you of confirmation of payment and an email regarding your date and time for consultation will be sent accordingly.
Idivorces.in is set up to give immediate appointements online through the following modes of payment through a full list is available at the time of check out and prior to finalizing your choice of consultation:

Our consultation costs are subject to change without any advance notice. All payments on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees.

The consultation will be purely audio based and no video conferencing will be allowed from either party. Any video presence will be considered a violation of the Terms and Conditions of this website.

The consultation will last for exactly the time allotted and will not be extended at any cost. Any further consultation will be considered a new booking and the prescribed fees has to be paid according to the plan chosen.
This being a service providing platform, professionals who take out their precious time and effort for the date and time booked will be foregoing their other consultations and appearances in Court to attend to your problem. So kindly desist from booking unless there is a genuine intention of following it through. A ‘no show’ or cancellation on the client’s part will only allow for rescheduling and no refund at any cost. A request of rescheduling can be made by writing to counsel@idivorces.in but there will be no refund at any cost.
Even though highly unlikely, If for any reason idivorces.in cancels the appointment for any technical reason or otherwise, the same will be rescheduled to an agreed date and time but there wont be any refund of the payment done.
